When drawing/painting/creating your art, do you have a vision of what you want, sketch it out small, and then make it?
Or do you, like me, have a vague idea of what you want, go with the flow, and in the end it turns out completely different then what you had invisioned?
In the past I've been told that if you plan and sketch out exactly what you want it turns out much better, and this is true... (RANT WARNING: What happened to spontaneous art and just being so inspired? I hate planning. I hate to do lists. If you've noticed, I never get them accomplished. Hell, I'm lucky if I finish one thing on my to do list. Honestly, I feel the best when I just jump into something. Granted, 90% of the time it turns out real bad and never sees the light of day again...
Briefly what I'm trying to say/ask is Why does making spontaneous art feel better than making planned art, even though planned art turns out way better in the end?
